Broken grove, a small neighborhood two blocks deep where ancient houses have been turned into apartments. Prices range widely from apartment to apartment, so expect all classes and types to live here. This isn't the best section of town though, and if you have a car you had better keep a close eye on it.

Silver lake subdivision, a place where subsidized houses abound, offering the poor and working class people a chance to own their own home. At the far edge of this small neighborhood sits a lake with a playground for the children.
